Senior First Aid (Level 2)

We have been offering the Senior First Aid (Level 2) course via mixed mode delivery. This is a one-day Senior First Aid course where the participants complete a Workbook prior to participating in the training day. We had been running this mode for the past 2-years to companies and groups that need shorter time frame delivery. It has now become our most commonly sort after course because of the reduced time frame it is delivered in. All the content is covered in this format, as the participants will have to read the First Aid manual to complete the workbook. It takes approx 2.5 - 3 hrs to complete the workbook. Then they then attend an 8hr training session to overview the information and combine it with the practical applications. Course assessment is unchanged, consists of a 40-question Multi-choice theory assessment, and a practical assessment. We are finding that participants on average are scoring better with this delivery mode, as they have better retention of skills and information. 2-day courses are still available as required.

Senior First Aid refreshers can be included in the one-day session. They need to complete the workbook prior to their training session. They also need to show us their current first aid certificate that they hold.
